I had a terrible experience with Vizio customer service on the 75" version of the PQX. I bought it from Amazon.com as a direct Amazon purchase not reseller. It had three black smudges on the screen. One right in the middle. It was not from dead pixels They said it was a panel issue. They wouldn't let me return it because they said my serial number didn't match the retailer I bought it from which was completely false. I'd stay far away unless you buy from Costco and feel like they will honor the return.

I tried the qn90a and was not that impressed. Kept a x91j instead of the qn90a.

Now gonna try this Vizio instead.

I've considered the c1 but couldn't get past: 1. Burn in 2. Can't get as bright 3. The brightness limiter is quite aggressive
