Got the the osaki one with the nicer looking leather. Forgot which model it is. The only thing I don't like is the foot massager. The massage roller is strong and hurts my feet. There's a piece of padding that you can put between it and your feet but still hurts. Also, the leg heater gets a little too hot and makes it uncomfortable to the point where I thought my skin would burn. Other than those things, I'm highly addicted to these chairs now. They are great for unwinding at the end of the day.
