Disagree. The listed condition is meaningless as many warehouse employees are inept. I've received "Like New" items that should have never been resold and "Acceptable" items that were brand new and unopened. It's a crapshoot really. Free returns!

Yes and no. Make sure to check the condition and the notes. Often it's just cosmetic damage, or sometimes even just the box, but especially if the condition is only "good" or "acceptable", there might be something more major. But amazon is also pretty good about returns for these, so if there's any issues it's not a big hassle to just return it.

Ordered a "like new" thule bike rack from warehouse deals. price was a couple hundred off so figured how bad could it be? Dirty? Dented? worth the shot.

Got the box, it wasnt even the model pictured in the packaging.

Return was even more complicated because of the weight, had to drive to an official UPS location for it, as opposed to taking it back to kohls, or dropping off at any retail location that accepted UPS packages.

I got a Transformers Studio Series 86 Starscream with the throne. They had a few of various condition boxes. This is a fifty dollar toy for 30 with the discount and the mold is great but I mostly wanted the throne.

There's a couple of boutique Blu-rays as well from Arrow and Criterion.

Opposite for me...I've been using AWD for years. It's a lottery basically.

- Ordered a PS3 game (years ago) and received the sequel in the case
- Ordered ZoE HD collection. All pieces included
- Italian brand of sneakers arrived in new condition. Retail for 300, got for 40
- Luxury boots for 55, retail for over 300 before discontinued
- Various dirt bike helmets for fraction of retail
- Various toys that cost significantly more new. All pieces, maybe damaged box occasionally

Yup. I've bought well in excess of a hundred items from AW over the years and maybe returned 10. Most have been brand new with only damaged packaging. One of my favorites was a brake rotor for my Ford E350. Factory Ford part for less than 10 bucks. It weighed over 40 pounds hah!

I don't think they're inept , I think for the conditions and pay they don't care.
