Disagree. The listed condition is meaningless as many warehouse employees are inept. I've received "Like New" items that should have never been resold and "Acceptable" items that were brand new and unopened. It's a crapshoot really. Free returns!

Yes and no. Make sure to check the condition and the notes. Often it's just cosmetic damage, or sometimes even just the box, but especially if the condition is only "good" or "acceptable", there might be something more major. But amazon is also pretty good about returns for these, so if there's any issues it's not a big hassle to just return it.

Oh yeah, it used to get less attention but my fav thing about Prime day or BF sales is the Warehouse deals usually are the best.

Well, I sent off my final orders, then saw three warehouse items didn't get the discount, even though they came from the Prime Warehouse search. I spent 1/2 hr explaining to Dinesh in the chat that the warehouse items are pre-discounted, and this was supposed to be 25% on top of that. Well I got him to pass me off to someone else, who wants screen shots, and I'm like, this is your big sale, your big system, you can't see that these thing were flagged as Prime Warehouse and the discount wasn't applied? So I'm tired and about to cancel them, I hope this person Resty doesn't cancel the whole damn order. I cannot believe they are not up to speed on what the warehouse is, and what the prime day deals are. Crazy! Well it was fun despite having to train them

Edit:She says she has no ability to see anything about the deal after the prime deals close. Yikes.

I even looked up an order from a prior warehouse clearance, and showed the 1) discounted price from the warehouse because it is used, and 2) the magic thing listed as "prime discount" line item which just happened to be 25%, on top of that. They really need to quit using the work "prime" for everything, it confuses people apparently.

Edit: Well I did get something useful out of that chat. The Amazon Warehouse is considered a "seller" on Amazon, and that's probably why the Amazon peeps are clueless about it. You need to contact the seller and sort it out with them. I didn't need that junk anyway and wasn't going to spend any more time on it. Yeah agreed, Amazon Warehouse Prime Day on a used/open box item is worded as only "Prime Savings" on order details/ invoice.

Unlike new items on Prime Day, order details atleast for me has wording sayings:
"Prime Day offer: Earned 6% back with your Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature card."
