i prefer the Switchbot Plug Minis which can regularly be found for $3/plug and run Tasmota excellently for easy power monitoring without relying on a third party cloud for software updates.

Anyway to do this straight from PC/browser? I have my echo dot on a separate amazon account I created just for the dot as I didn't want the device to be able to order/ship stuff from my amazon account
