Also, Valve sent review units with A1 SD cards--that should tell you something. In addition, the Linux kernel on the steam deck (5.13) does not support A2's controller needs, but it is in the latest kernels 5.14 and 5.15--so when Valve updates [steamgames.com]the steam deck to those it may work.

* 1TB is impressive, but this is not as fast as some 512GB cards out there, if speed is important
* SD cards can be flaky and 1TB is a lot of data to lose
* A lot of devices say that they are only compatible with SD cards up to a certain size, which has always been weird to me. It's very difficult to understand what will happen if your device doesn't explicitly say it will support a card of this size.
