These used to be just under $100 a few years ago and were a steal at that price. I picked up the blue version at just over $100 two years and ago and love it. I would highly recommend this watch, even at $150.

Bought this in October 2019 for $106 Great watch. Also have the blue one. Yes, they did go below $100 occasionally, but chances are that's not going to happen again.

They used to hit $100 occasionally on really good sales. I got one at that price in 2017 or 2018. But it was never the regular going price.

$150 is still a solid deal IMO, because I don't know if we'll see $100 again. Aside from general inflation, Citizen and Seiko have both been moving their respective brands upmarket, which results in higher prices across the board.

I definitely think it's worth it. Citizen makes great watches and ecodrive is phenomenal.

However, if your budget can't support more than $50, Casio makes a good alternative:
