Is this a good filiment brand? I just got an ender 3 pro the other day
I can tell you the PLA pro has printed well on my ender 3 pro for years. I would stay away from the non PRO PLA from this brand. This isn't exactly a deal i just picked up the pla pro red for $17 a few weeks ago

Watch it with that glitter stuff! Make sure you dont try and run it through a nozzle thats smaller than 0.4mm. Got a nice good clog that I couldnt clear and had to replace the 0.25mm nozzle I am running in one of my Prusa i3 MK3S printers.

Yes. I have had no issues with regular PLA or PLA+ on my Ender 3 Pro

These prices are not bad, but far from slick. For Matte and other colors, Polymaker PLA is on sale for same or less.
Many brands of Filament are frequently on sale on Amazon.

I literally just bought 4 rolls at microcenter of the Inland true red PLA+ for 17.99 at retail. Thats a dollar less (4 dollars) and it wasn't on sale.
