Bought from Walmart today at same price with Paypal linked to discover CC for 5% cashback and 15% cashback from Capitol One Shopping chrome add-on click activation shopping. Cost to me somewhere around $241.

Not silly at all. Did you Google the price of the new model? It is rumored to be over $900. I don't fault anyone that purchases this "old" model for a fraction of the price.

It's actually slightly cheaper on Amazon if you have their credit card with 6% cash back during Prime Day.

Capital One Shopping app only shows 5% for Walmart right now, but it also says "Apple brand products" are excluded. Have you had past experience with them being honored?

Thought one of capital one shopping's exclusions were Apple products and other items like groceries

There is a 5% discount on Target gc purchases & buy that using PayPal via Discover - 5% cash back. Use that gc to pay for the watch. It effectively came out to be $268(including taxes) for 41mm

New flat screen model will be out in October. Seems silly to purchase the expiring design at this point unless you don't care about style. Google it before hating
