Thank you for the post, but just a heads up for everyone, the firstblood keyboard is not actually a brown switch board but a so-called black switch. It is very similar to a blue style switch (loud and clicky).

I ordered it last week and it got in today. It is definitely not a brown switch. I should have paid more attention and read the link above for it a bit more closely. Live and learn!

Same here, and it's not your fault. Check your email -- your receipt was likely for the one with "Brown Switches." I contacted the vendor for a replacement and was told sorry, only blue switches available. And just like magic, the listing title was changed to "Blue Switches."

We both missed the reviews that reported that they were blue switches. I don't believe they're hot-swappable.

Sending it back for a refund.
