Compared side by side with the a80k in BestBuy and holy crap there is a difference in the blacks. You will see the the a80j looks like it has a grey filter on it or something.
Good deal but gonna wait for this year's models to drop.

Oleds aren't the best with reflections it doesn't bother everyone but some people are very annoyed by it . I've had 2 oleds. And my brother has one across windows too. I'm just warning that like it looks best at night. If your room is very bright all the tv led might be better. Unless you can control the lights a bit or just watch at night

Sorry this makes sense you have shades it's not the light it's the reflection of the lights! Like you'll see your windows outlined on the reflection and it distracts from the content.

Another comment is if anyone loves a bright picture that will burn your retina off don't get oled. Oleds beauty is the black blacks and good HDR especially at night but not nearly as bright as LED

They're very similar, but Sony has a bit better processing but it's a bit less bright. So I'd say grab the cheaper one. I've always had lg oleds

General consensus is that C1 is better for gaming (more HDMI 2.1 ports) and A80J better for movies, upscaling, etc. due to better chip/processing.
