Cdkeys operates on the same model as eneba.

I've purchased many different codes from each of these sites over the years - microsoft office, xbox game pass, Xbox and eshop gift cards - and never had a problem. But the number of reports of issues with these eshop cards is definitely concerning.

I understand why customer service needs to verify when the gift card was used to prevent customers from using the gift card then reporting it as already used. I can't fault this practice, the problem is their source for this batch of codes.

Same situation on my latest code purchase. I'm concerned that Eneba is acting as a broker only.
Any updates?

Still dealing with this as well. They want me to chat with Nintendo and find out what date the code was used, and take a screen shot on a desktop computer.
Did they resolve it or still giving you the run around?

This happened to me in this transaction. I tried using it and it was already used. Weird that more than one of us has this issue. They have not responded to my request yet even after providing them with the screen shot of my Nintendo transaction history. Hope we all get it resolved.
What happened since then?

This was ultimately resolved and they refunded the money to my card. Based on this experience, I will never again purchase codes through Eneba.
