Best Buy chat was able to cancel the TV for me surprisingly. The TV and sound bar are separate items on the receipt so it worked out well. You should have no problem doing it in store too I'm guessing. Came to $432 with tax for the sound bar and will be available for pickup tomorrow! Best prime day deal for me this year didn't come from Amazon!

*EDIT* I received a cancellation email from Samsung for the sound bar. I'm not sure what happened and am currently following up with Best Buy on this. Please do not follow these instructions until I'm able to clear this up. Your best bet is to try and return in store so you know if they will allow you to do so or not

thanks guys. i'm in the BB chat queue now, says 68 min wait. hopefully they can assist.

i requested the previous chat log (when i requested they cancel just the tv) be emailed to me at the end of the session but I haven't received it yet. but hopefully they can look at that and see that they goofed and offer to price match, but at this point i'm not counting on it.

bummer! i was already looking up reviews on the soundbar and getting excited for it. just goes to show you that it's not yours until it's in your possession. hopefully someone learns from my experience. i'll keep updating as this saga plays out

thanks for your condolences!

I picked my order yesterday and return TV back immediately and they gave a return receipt with zero dollar and today I got 108.74 dollars refund from Samsung. This should help all those who are not sure what to do with TV.

I have this sound bar and I love it. Only bad thing is that if you got cats it comes out to a very expensive scratching post.

Is a sound bar really worth $700? Small room?

Bought it a year ago for a similar price. Wonderful system. Subwoofer is a hit or miss. Music is meh. But movies are very good. Don't forget r10 for 10% CB

I'm assuming no HDMI 2.1 on this 2021 model?

I also bought the buydig. Any ideas on cancelling would be helpful. Also, could this be a price error and Samsung won't actually fulfill? I'm worried about canceling Buydig and then Samsung cancelling on me...

From all the reviews, seems to be worth it and at this price seems like a steal. I think my days with tinkering around with 7.1 setup, sub placement, receivers, amps, etc are over. Funny the older one gets, the more you just want to enjoy the damn sound and not tinker. lol

Before canceling other deals, try to get this one first. It doesn't seem to work.

Oh man!!! Too many good soundbar deals. I couldn't resist this one for the living room (will replace the newly purchased -just set it up today- Q800B).

"Retail me not" has 10% CB ($50 max) and Discover has 5% via PayPal.

It said that it wasn't available to be shipped to my address, but a nearby Best Buy pick up worked.
