*EDIT* I received a cancellation email from Samsung for the sound bar. I'm not sure what happened and am currently following up with Best Buy on this. Please do not follow these instructions until I'm able to clear this up. Your best bet is to try and return in store so you know if they will allow you to do so or not
i requested the previous chat log (when i requested they cancel just the tv) be emailed to me at the end of the session but I haven't received it yet. but hopefully they can look at that and see that they goofed and offer to price match, but at this point i'm not counting on it.
bummer! i was already looking up reviews on the soundbar and getting excited for it. just goes to show you that it's not yours until it's in your possession. hopefully someone learns from my experience. i'll keep updating as this saga plays out

So this is the BS the bestbuy CSR just told me:
Thank you for your time and patience, Paul. I was checking the information and I am able to see that the order was created on 7/13. I am able to see on my end that the order will be able to pickup on 7/20. That is because of the delays that we had with the manufacturer's carrier to deliver the item today and be ready today. Because of the inventory, once the system recognized that it was indeed out of stock at this time, the system changed the pickup date as we want to keep doing the business for it. I am a customer as well and I know you really want and need this soundbar. We will be working very hard to deliver it as soon as possible for us.
they clearly are making that up, as the item was listed as in-stock for same-day pickup YESTERDAY. I'm just being given the run-around by uninformed overseas CSR

I'm still happy that I got the system for $700. Waited a while for this.
But people are commenting that the sub is better with the q990. Is it worth the price difference? I think not.

Anyways, its still a good deal.
I just had my Q600B from DELL delivered this morning, I'm afraid that I will probably return this one even though I got it on sale for $150.
