*EDIT* I received a cancellation email from Samsung for the sound bar. I'm not sure what happened and am currently following up with Best Buy on this. Please do not follow these instructions until I'm able to clear this up. Your best bet is to try and return in store so you know if they will allow you to do so or not
i requested the previous chat log (when i requested they cancel just the tv) be emailed to me at the end of the session but I haven't received it yet. but hopefully they can look at that and see that they goofed and offer to price match, but at this point i'm not counting on it.
bummer! i was already looking up reviews on the soundbar and getting excited for it. just goes to show you that it's not yours until it's in your possession. hopefully someone learns from my experience. i'll keep updating as this saga plays out

I just ordered the HW-Q800B yesterday and it is delivering tomorrow. Decisions.....
Also have the opportunity to get the HW-Q990B for $899 plus tax, so really not sure which route to go at this point.

I have a feeling this may be out of stock for shipping/delivery because during checkout, it said delivery to my ZIP code was unavailable and local pick-up at BB was the only option.
