Best Buy chat was able to cancel the TV for me surprisingly. The TV and sound bar are separate items on the receipt so it worked out well. You should have no problem doing it in store too I'm guessing. Came to $432 with tax for the sound bar and will be available for pickup tomorrow! Best prime day deal for me this year didn't come from Amazon!

*EDIT* I received a cancellation email from Samsung for the sound bar. I'm not sure what happened and am currently following up with Best Buy on this. Please do not follow these instructions until I'm able to clear this up. Your best bet is to try and return in store so you know if they will allow you to do so or not

thanks guys. i'm in the BB chat queue now, says 68 min wait. hopefully they can assist.

i requested the previous chat log (when i requested they cancel just the tv) be emailed to me at the end of the session but I haven't received it yet. but hopefully they can look at that and see that they goofed and offer to price match, but at this point i'm not counting on it.

bummer! i was already looking up reviews on the soundbar and getting excited for it. just goes to show you that it's not yours until it's in your possession. hopefully someone learns from my experience. i'll keep updating as this saga plays out

I picked my order yesterday and return TV back immediately and they gave a return receipt with zero dollar and today I got 108.74 dollars refund from Samsung. This should help all those who are not sure what to do with TV.

Best Buy chat was able to cancel the TV for me surprisingly. The TV and sound bar are separate items on the receipt so it worked out well. You should have no problem doing it in store too I'm guessing. Came to $432 with tax for the sound bar and will be available for pickup tomorrow! Best prime day deal for me this year didn't come from Amazon!

I wasnt able to get the TV deal in time because i hesitated to get the unnecessary tv and also because it would be an 1+ hour drive to the closest bestbuy that had it for pick up but luckily after try 2 times, i got someone on Bestbuy chat to price match the $699 price directly on bestbuy and i got the free 2 year total tech warranty included, with Friday delivery to my house. Better than having to drive so far

Was your order ready for pickup when you chatted with Best Buy? I'm assuming you gave them the order number from Samsung?

I want to cancel the TV as well. Any advice would be appreciated.

The order number they give you for the pickup at the Best Buy store is a Best Buy order number, starts with BBY01-############. Give that to the support person on BB chat. They have full access to the order as if it was a BB order rather than Samsung

Sorry guys please hold - I just received an email from Samsung cancelling my sound bar order. It seems Best Buy cancelled the TV and then Samsung knew to cancel the soundbar somehow. I need to follow up with BB chat to see what happened

My buddy was able to price match the the sound bar at BB
Came up to around $750 after taxes.
I have this and returned my Sonos setup over it.
Had it since November last year and love it still and haven't had any issues
