I tested it against the Costco HP Aero I also just received and it has a faster SSD (both are Hynix brand), faster Ram (Swift has Samsung ram), better single core performance in Cinebench, but a tiny bit slower in multi core performance. The Aero has a 5825U. Looking at benchmarks that might be unexpected so I might run the test again. I also ran UserBenchmark test and the Swift beat the Aero on everything which might be due to the Aero's low power limit that some reviews mention.
One thing I am noticing is the Swift 3 gets hotter than the Aero running the benchmarks. Didn't check the direct CPU temp, but the laptop body temp on the bottom rear of each. I haven't researched the difference between the 12th gen intel vs Ryzen in terms of power consumption so maybe this is expected.
Comparing them, the Swift feels a bit sturdier. Aero's hinge is more loose which makes it feel a bit flimsy. Both have the sort of cheap black plastic laptop screen bezel which is one thing I hate on the mid tier laptops. They both have the laptop hinge where when open the bottom of the screen becomes the base with rubber pads which I hate. What happens when one of those rubber pads gets damaged? The Swift has a much nicer trackpad though. Might be best non glass trackpad I've used. I'm only talking feel not precision. Keyboard is a bit mushy on the Aero I found and Swift is easier to read in daytime, they are both silver with backlit keys. The body of the Aero also feels a bit thinner with more flex you can feel when you squeeze it while closed.
Screen on Aero is better. 16:10 and brighter. PPI isn't way higher, but it does look sharper with its slightly smaller screen. This is the main reason I am considering keeping the Aero over the Swift. The aspect ratio and brightness are hard to ignore when comparing.
Swift USB C charging works great. I am using this hub with no issues https://a.co/d/5AuAj5g if anyone is looking for a cheap one. It's outputting to 1440p and 1080p monitors so not sure how it handles 4K yet, but power pass through works. That's a big advantage over the Aero since you get two USB C ports and by using a hub you retain both USB C ports.
Overall they are very comparable. Aero performs slightly less except heavy multi core tasks. But it's main advantage is it's screen. Everything else the Swift wins IMO, from I/O to the trackpad.

"none of your budget or consumer laptop will have great nvme...you can always replace to better one for extra....companies love to charge a lot for better one compared to you buy & replace"
once again you had no idea what you were talking about and started posting nonsense.
I got nothing to admit to you for anything....you're nobody for that matter...

If you can't take difference of opinion better don't ask...simple solution but that is hard to comprehend to you.
Anyone else reading this just keep in mind that while the processor is newer and you get more ram plus an extra thunderbolt port for the extra 200 over last years model you are getting an inferior ssd which is unfortunate.

also 90% people won't notice the difference in SSD....again this guy trying to justify his 2021 model purchase...

edit: Review says dim screen so definitely not cancelling my Aero order. https://www.ultrabookre

Things I like about it: light weight. Snappy processor. 16 gb ram. fast boot up.
Things that could be better. Screen is average, not as good as some of other screens but those cost more. Brightness was average compared to others.
Reason why I bought this latptop: 14 incher. light weight. Costco's 90 day return policy, if I don't like it, they told me i can just return it.
