Decent deal, but a bit too rich for my blood. If it was the 3080 ti version, I would buy without thinking.

There is no gaming laptop with a RTX 3080 Ti, even the budget models like Acer Nitro 5 at this price with normal 12th Gen H series CPU and standard IPS screen at this price. For a 240Hz QHD OLED display with 1ms response time and 16 Core HX series Processor, this is actually pretty cheap, and $200 cheaper than its selling price everywhere else, if you can find it. Only other laptop with this display is new Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2022 model and that costs around $3500+ with similar hardware but lower TGP for the GPU. If you think for a second that this is one of the only 2 laptops in the planet with this Panel, with other one costing over 1.3K more than this, this is pretty solid.

Quick search on adorama shows the raider with 3080 ti but costing 1.1K more than this. This is why I said if this was the 3080 ti version, I'm in without thinking all else specs the same. But for those who don't want to pay $700 more for this laptop with the 3070ti, you can get the Lenovo with the 3070 and no oled screen with slightly junkies cpu for 1599 at Walmart.

How much more performance do you think that you'd get? 3080 Ti is barely any faster from my quick look at YouTube vids comparing them. 3070 looks to be the best cost per fps to me.

The Ti's don't look that impressive next to their vanilla counterparts form last year.

Maybe look for a 3080 laptop.

The main highlight of this laptop is the 240HZ OLED panel with less than 2ms response time, no overshooting or ghosting, backlight bleed and almost full color gamut coverage of DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB, making them a full fledged Editing Laptop, due to the nature of the OLED Tech. Another main feature is the 16 Core HX series Processor with 8 Performance Core and this laptop's ability to handle 220W Power in Combined Load, 55W CPU + 165W GPU, unlike most gaming laptops which can provide around 45W to the CPU and just the base wattage to the GPU (125W in case of RTX 3070 Ti) during combined load.
As I mentioned, there is only one laptop, Blade 15 with this panel but far lower hardware, normal H series CPU and a 135W RTX 3070 Ti and costing 3.5K+.

If availability is considered a deal then it is a deal but it is the same price even on the MSI website. It is Windows Home so same price everywhere. Windows Pro is $200 more. I want to buy this/similar. There are no good deals lately. Just the regular price. https://us-store.msi.com/index.ph...ct_id=1365

Deals across the board seem to have dried up recently. Hoping it just a few week lull
