My opinion is the battery lasts long enough you won't be worried about it. Months for me with lots of use.
This is also the lowest price it sells for. This will get to the front page very fast, so I would not hesitate to try it if you need to switch between multiple PCs. Pairs perfectly with the MX-Keys keyboard.

Been using for last 6 months. Changed battery recently. Once every few weeks loses connection. Have to toggle the bluetooth on windows to reconnect. Been solid otherwise. Also appears to be the lowest ever price at Costco.

It can. But at this price, I would buy multiple mice. One for each using the included usb dongle and don't worry about the bluetooth delay or hassle. (Or, you could use multiple logitech usb dongles for one mouse, but I have not tried if it works.)
