Flavors are good if you like the lemon and lime Spindrift flavors. Most distinctive is strawberry lemonade, which I find good (despite disliking strawberries) and not nearly as overpowering as some other flavors like pineapple.

Probably very YMMV as clearance is at managers discretion, I stopped my Sams Club today and it was just regular price of $13, no clearance.

It's actually not unhealthy, like most drinks are. So it's not going to be sweet. I purchased 7 cases the last time it went on sale. If I can catch it on clearance, I will buy the whole pallet.
