Once you unlock this hotspot from ebay codes (Thx nimpravi):
connect to device's wifi, go to HTTP://mobile.hotspot and then from that dashboard:
network settings -> APN -> Add a new APN suitable for your network (you can get APN settings from Google). Once you save the APN settings, make it default APN. Now, the service will disconnect and you need to click on 'Home" in the dashboard and there will be option to "Connect" and click on that.

3. Why isn't there a sort of contract, any ssn check etc.
4. the product is sold as a pre paid item, at least it's presented as one.
5. Nobody reads those TOS and engaging in that type of transactions is really shady business. Can that lead to class action lawsuits ?
