i would avoid any Indian side dish packet that is mostly rice or potato
it's really not worth it unless you are a lazy cook or pressed for time.

Unfortunately this is neither cheaper nor better tasting than cooking actual rice. Especially considering cooking rice is a dumb proof process if you have a pressure cooker.
