Oh wow, most all of LG's 29" ultrawide monitors like this are 75hz, but this one says it's 100hz. This sounds like the way to go for a 29" ultrawide 1080p monitor.
I'm almost tempted to sell my old LG 29" ultrawide (which has been great) and get this instead for the 100hz and HDR, that would be nice to have for gaming.

Great timing, making one of our spare rooms into an office and this monitor would be great for my partners productivity desk. She's been using a 24" laptop for the longest and she's tried my 34" ultrawide curved.

She doesn't do any gaming but I am sure this is better than a small laptop screen. 👌🏻

It has approximately 96 PPI (pixel per inch), which is the same as 23 inch FHD monitor.
If 23/24 inch 1080p monitor works for you, this is a decent deal.
WQHD or 4k would have finer crisp text display for sure.

FYI, no VESA. I considered this, but lack of mountability kills it for me with my setup. Great deal otherwise though.

Update: LG website says it takes 100 x 100 mm mount [lg.com].

According to Best Buy Q&A section, the question was asked, and a LG rep did mentioned that it does have VESA 100x100 mount btw. Thinking about visiting BB to confirm and buy..

I have no dog in this fight but the reason a lot people are interested in this is for the 100Hz (mainly for gaming I assume). The two that you linked are only 75Hz.

best buy on eBay is charging restock fees and deduct shipping cost just for your FYI.

refunds can take up to 6 weeks.

they canceled an lego order for me and charged me restock fees after email contact they claimed I returned it. after 10 email they finally understand they canceled it due they ran out of stock.

best buy = worst buy

LOL, they're better than most vendors out there these days. Just don't order things via eBay. I've said this before in other threads but eBay is a grey market.
