Apparently like usual Comcast has found a way to screw things up. Somehow the process of getting the last few movies resulted in auto-pay not actually paying the whole bill, and now I'm having to fight with them to remove late fees and figure out what I actually owe thanks to their "free" movies. And that's only cause I logged in for this, not cause they bothered to send me an email or anything. So make sure to check your account if on auto-pay too.

I just checked and my bill had 4 credits from the free movies this month. As a result, according to my online account, I have an auto-payment set to deduct that's much less than normal.
Is that what happened to you? Did you have bill credits because of the free movies?
Is it Free or is buy it and hope for the credit? It would be much easier and truthful to offer a free movie but the Comcast system can't manage free!
It is free after the bill credit. I use autopay, and I haven't seen issues with my bill like some of the other comments. When you claim the reward, you will see a one-time charge of 12.99 and then a credit for 12.99.
It did cause my recent bill to be less than what I normally pay, but the following month's bill balanced it out without any fees and such.
