I have the XM3s too that I wear all the time, but i wanted the XM4s dual pairing option so I can use them on my computer for Teams calls and on my phone for music without having to unpair/pair back and forth. The XM4's connect to both at same time. Phone Music pauses when i get a call on my computer.

I don't mind buying refurbished items to save a few bucks, but I draw the line at things that go directly on my head!

I have a pair of XM2s that are still great. The only minor issue with them is that they use micro USB rather than USB C. I'd be curious to know if the XM5s are significantly better. I suspect not.
