you activate your SIM card and your phone.

10. How does express activation work?
Express activation allows you to use your SIM account and service as soon as it arrives. Just

Some clarifications we were not bought by T-Mobile, Boost Mobile is owned by Dish. Also I can not specifically state what service you would be getting but I can say that you may run into slow speeds based on the information you provided.

Instead of trying to sell this worthless product to us, could you please give us some more information on how your 'customer service' ticket number system works? Are they doing anything with ticket numbers at all. Do the actually work on it, or is this also part of the scam? Thank you!
Then the problem went away and it worked fine.
Final follow-up for my previous post.
The issues I was having with incoming calls from Google Voice numbers cleared up after around 24 hours passed like the rep suggested it would. Even at 20 hours, it was still not working for my ported in number, but shortly after a full day passed the problem vanished.
Incoming calls are now working fine on Wi-Fi calling as well as over the 5g Cell service, even at 1 bar.
