Kinda salty that I pay the $50 for this already.. it would be kinda neat if they actually rewarded their current, loyal customers a little better... js

data speeds are for me in range from 90 to 150 mbps down, around 39 up, not bad for $25 a month. Dont hold your breath on esim support any time soon from Boost. Only MVNO's that support esim is Cricket, Visable, Redpocket, Mint, im sure theres a few i missed.
Thanks. But with the new iPhones not having a sim tray, I think others may be forced to adopt.

see this naivety time & time again.
"what about current customer like me? how come no promotions for me?"

simple.
most businesses have promotions that are geared to attract new customers.

there are a few companies that have extended promotions to current customers.
but those are few and far in between.

as a consumer, u vote with your wallet.

its a game. if u don't like this.
go to another company as a "new customer" and get their deal.
or find a company that extends promotions to current customers as well.

as with anything, there are always trade-offs.

Hi, my wife and I share an account but have separate numbers. Would that be $25 a month or $50?

Thanks!

You can pre-pay for the 12 month plan for $25, that doesn't require being a new customer existing customers can go on that 12 month deal.

Ordered 2 days ago, got my sim today with a new number. Popped it in my phone and everything is working. Seems like a good deal until I have an issue and need to contact CS

Probably not a prepaid telco agreement out there that doesn't say that. Basically how no contract works.

False advertising then if not truly unlimited.
That phrasing was legally challenged a long time ago, and unfortunately we're stuck with it. I agree with your sentiment, though.

What are speeds after 30gb?
Wonder if it'll be 2G once att gets rid of 3G LTE towers.

Bought a 12 month plan from them - they were unable to port my number over resulting in me having to buy additional service from my current provider so I don't lose my number, and they refuse to refund me. Even though 3 customer service reps said I had a refund on the way, I kept waiting, contacting them to see what's going on, waiting more, contacting etc until finally one said they were not refunding me -- this is all AFTER all of the previous ones told me I was getting refunded.

Complete fraud of a company, I'd stay far away. I'm not one for negative reviews but they've rubbed me the wrong way, badly.

This price is very competitive. Tello unlimited (25 GB) has lot less taxes than other providers. Also, Tello has unlimited international calls. I would be paying $38+ (including tax and international call fee) if I switch from Tello unlimited to Boost unlimited. FYI, Tello monthly charge is $29.30 for unlimited call (including international), Text and Data (25 GB
). The Boost mobile new unlimited price is really good if I don't need international calls.
Lyca mobile unlimited calls + 60gb data , unlimited international calls sells for $24.50

Nepal is not in the list (https://tello.com/international-calling/Nepal). India is in the 60+ countries list.
