in-store only, coupon until 7/31/2022. $339.99 - $60 instant saving = $279.99

12000 BTU Midea window air conditioner. Lower price than $299.99 at Sam's club earlier (but Sam's has free Google Nest offering). Best price so far in 2022.

Sorry, will verify whether the price tag is for U-shaped or not, the Costco price tag was placed on top of the U-shaped, but I snag the pic of the regular ones(as they are side-by-side) and I didn't pay attention. Uploaded the original pic of the price tag on top of the U-shaped Midea.

Is there any way to get in store products inventory? I called my local costco in NJ and they only had an 8,000 btu window unit in stock. So YMMV....OP where did you find this?

Well, you could have asked them to check nearby stores...

OP, are you sure that's the U shape model?
From your 2nd pic, it mentions Heating and the Box looks totally different from what I got from Sam's and Amazon.

I saw this in store and it's a traditional design, not U shaped.

This is not the U shaped model, although my local costco had the U shaped for 10k btu $339.

Yeah the item number on the bottom right of the 2nd picture confirms it's not the u-shape. Regular window AC.

I was going to say, that would be more than $60 off. $339 is the regular price for the smallest midea u shaped. The big ones are much more, though well worth it.

It's not the U shaped one, but it's not exactly a regular window AC either. This is an inverter window AC with heat pump operation down to 40F. This inverter AC has a variable speed compressor, is much quieter, and has better energy efficiency, though not as efficient as the Midea U models. Midea U is 15 EER, this one is 13.3 EER, still quite good.

It's not the U, but it is still a great deal for 12K BTU, and the heat pump capability is a nice bonus if you can make use of it. OP just needs to change the title.

Sounds like a good product and a great price for a 12k btu unit. Wonder why the downvote and negative deal rating. Any better options for a 12k btu unit?

Let me sweeten the deal for us Los Angeles folks. DWP is offering a rebate for this specific AC. So, don't forget to get your rebate Smilie

Picked one up earlier today. Relatively quiet and cools a lot faster than my old 8k BTU unit.

Bleh, my house has double paned sliding windows all over so my only solution is to go with the more expensive mini split options and installation

They had this on sale earlier this year delivered. I love it. Had a rattle when I installed it initially but it went away.
