For $75, it's a decent enough case. I recently built a system around it for my wife and found the metal to be very thin, build quality to be a bit off (side glass panel didn't want to fit right), and the quarters to be cramped to work in. I hated the psu compartment setup for instance.

That said, once set up it looks very nice and the cooling is good. Of course when I bought in back in April I paid $100-$20 rebate so I was expecting a bit more for the price. For $75? I don't think you'll find anything better.

EDIT: Just wanted to add that the rebate did come in very fast if you're worried about that.

This is the version to get. The non airflow is super restrictive. Good quality case too. I have a 510i and a Phanteks p400 case and this is the best of the three in terms of QoL and build quality.

I had the opposite experience. I bought the normal 4000D case and it was a heatbox. Got the mesh from Corsair and saw a 7-10C drops in temp with my 6900 XT.

Same! Amount of fans that go in 5000D was surprising to me....lol

That being said 4000d is a solid case. I just wanted to top mount my 360mm cpu aio but that was not possible in 4000d. You can mount a 360 in the front of 4000d.

You can mount a 360 in it with tube on top. Most people may hot be ok with that.

You can mount a 280 on the top which is what I did.

Have this in black. Granted, it's been almost a decade since my last build but it was great to work with, easy to cable manage and is tremendous with airflow. Throw some Arctic fans in there and go to town.

Make sure you have quiet fans, this case has no noise isolation, unless you don't care about noise cause you only use headphones then it's probably a non issue

Great case for 1 single GPU. The space for PSU is limited though.

I got a mesh cover for my Corsair 750D, and it was a 10degree difference right off the bat.

Works well for dual GPU too thanks to the width and the short PSU shroud allowing more front intake to the bottom card

I have this case but, was thinking of returning it for the the Lian cool 2 mesh, which has slightly better thermals but is noisier. I did see the psu compartment complained about as well, specifically that the 3.5" drive bay is hard to manage with psu cables. I don't know...keep the corsair for $75 or pony up $110 for the lian cool 2?
