Just an FYI regarding this promotion, Dell doesn't charge the card until it ships, which would likely negate this promotion since it will take around a week or two to ship.

I don't think its an offer specific to certain cards.
Its a YMMV offer that was issued a while ago. Mine is almost going to expire like this month..
They have been reoffering it but it seems but its very YMMV.

Never had a restocking fee with Dell over 20 years. The GPU in this laptop may surprise you in how capable it plays contemporary games.

Going from 3050 to 3050 ti is a minimal upgrade, like it barely matters? I would focus on everything else if you're comparing to laptops with either of these graphics cards.

Imo, not worth the extra 100 for another 256gb storage and slightly faster graphics card. When compared to the 3050 model. You can get 1tb drive for that much. Actually, I would just upgrade the ram. If you can use the coupon and cash back, great. Otherwise, it's an alright/good deal.
