BPme is a terrible app, lol cannot unlock the pumps at the BP closest to me. Get all sorts of errors yet I have no problems unlocking the pumps at the BP about 7 miles further away 
No idea if you can do your transactions back to back and it would track correctly. Back in March, I had a similar Citi BPme offer that was also up to 2x. I also had an Amex BPMe offer back then too, so I did 3 transactions back to back with Amex as the 2nd transaction in the between the 2 and all 3 tracked correctly therefore just spent $30.xx on a $60.xx tank

I have 2 sep Citi cards both with offers for BP... last time I tried a few months ago the transactions failed and I wasted gas driving to their station and then felt like an idiot sitting there for 20 mins trying both apple and android phones with no success... emailed BP cs and was treated like I was the idiot.. It did work last year so hoping it was a glitch..
