I've used this model for years. Good, comfortable ergonomics and performance. The rubber on the side where your thumb sits does wear off after a couple of years though. Not so much where it smears on your fingers. It's just rubbed away like a remote control button that's gotten heavy use. It's not a big deal and not at all bothersome.

Battery life is great and the light in the middle will slowly blink red when it's time to replace it. If you install the Logitech software it'll tell you when it's getting low too.

This mouse feels like it'll last forever, unlike others I've had where the index and middle finger clickers began to weaken and lose their tactile feel. The springs in these buttons are still going strong.

I bought this deal the last time it rolled around a few months ago because it was around $11. I still haven't opened the package as I'm still using the one I had. I prefer the black color, but this blue is fine.

Wow, thanks for the info/review. That was well put together and sounds perfect to replace my cheap (crap not inexpensive) mice around the house.

I really want to like it, but the scroll wheel on the one I purchased recently is very stiff and the middle section of the mouse is so narrow it causes my hand to cramp. If it fits ones hand though, it's very good for the price.

3rd positive review on these. I use one daily for general use and MMO gaming. Works perfect. I have probably had this one for 5 years or so. Still works great!

Was hoping to pickup another one. OOS at my store.

I have 2 of these from a Best Buy sale a couple of months ago. So far they are working as expected. It was pretty easy to set them up, you don't have to pair the blue tooth connection. The mouse feels a little small to me, but no biggie. I use it daily for my personal lap top, I don't think it's a good primary option when I'm working. I do use this mouse daily , and amazingly the original battery is still going strong.

I've been using this mouse since 2013 as my primary mouse. Per my purchase history and Logitech warranty replacement history, I'm now on my 5th one so they last ~2 years each. Usually it's the middle button that fails first.

Logitech used to be nice about giving warranty replacements outside of the warranty period but they're stricter about it now. Also warranty replacements take a while so I usually just buy another mouse to use in the interim and then give away the replacement mouse when it arrives.

Little technicality: The thumb buttons are only on one side right? So it wouldn't exactly be ambidextrous even if the shape of the mouse is symmetrical. (and do they make them on both sides?)
