For anyone who's on the fence about the quality of this, Pete Thorn (a very good and highly respected guitarist) reviewed this recently and gave it a pretty glowing review, as far as budget guitar brands go. So, it's a pretty safe bet for most people who are in the market for something not super fancy.

It's not, this is a full sized GA. Boroughs does have a 3/4 sized model on Adorama though which might work.

I need a guitar I can take 4 wheeling on the Rubicon in August in an open '65 FJ40 - dust, dirt, lots of bouncing around. This looks perfect. If it doesn't make it, no big loss.

Wow it sounds pretty decent! Also, for a solid wood top and back/sides this is an incredible price. Usually guitars this cheap (and often under $500-1000 depending on the brand/model) will have a laminated top and or sides/back

Fender has a guitar trainer app on the Google play app store (probably on itunes as well, but I don't know for sure). I've never actually used it, but wanted to mention because it looks promising!

I need one because I have small hands. I always seem to have trouble playing. I had better luck with the bass, but they didn't have it on Rocksmith, yet.
