Then you and the other guy are clearly doing something wrong and might want to recheck before writing completely false statements:

See those dates one is within 6 months the other in the last month. The x60 is as stable as it gets but also varies on the hardware version there are over 4 of them.

Tp-Link does regular updates and has for over 2 years now for almost all their product lines (deco 100%), but if something is not broken then why try to fix it, unlike a few other brands who fix one thing and break another so they have to rush to push another firmware out, I wont name names but you probably know who that is.

Yep, plus the guy is blowing smoke.
These have run nothing but stable, much more reliable than the Orbi Wi-Fi 6 system
Fine hardware, but TP Link software sucks.

For example, the main deco will rotate phoning Facebook, Google, Linked In, and Reddit every ~50 seconds. Also, every time you use the Deco smartphone app, the app (still) phones Avira. If you have a DNS blocker you can stop this data collection, but it'd be even better if TP Link just knocked it off.

Was about to pull the trigger on the AX5700 2-pack for $250 from Walmart deal, but think I'll hold off and pick this up. Thanks OP!

You can ask for price adjustment next week when its reduced. You don't have to return.

I passed on TP-Link. The free parental controls and security are bare bones they make you subscribe for the more useable settings. Also Tp-link is slow with software and firmware updates.

They respect it as long as you have the original receipt and proof that the price is dropped.

I asked on the TP Link official forum why my deco x20 hadn't had a firmware update in more than a year and I saw someone had made a similar post for the deco x60. Makes you wonder why relatively new hardware isn't getting any fine tuning or security updates.

How is this one vs AX5700? I know AX5700 is wifi 6 whereas this one is wifi 6E. Then why ax5700 is expensive ?

i was one of those that returned the orbi ax4200 for this back in april. so far steady, has had one firmware update as of april. It works well with Ring cameras and never had the "live view error" that was very common between ring and orbi devices. I must say the range is slightly shorter than the orbi ax4200 but once placed right between all 3 nodes its been working well with all of my IOT, ps5 and everything else without issue

These run great for me. Going to try and get a price adjustment on 8/3.
