I just returned mine from the $35 deal. It wouldn't respond after a reboot and requires unplugging the cable and putting it back in to be recognized on the windows login screen. After researching a solution I found out it's a widespread issue. The only solution is return it and get another one. It appears to be bad hardware. It was a fantastic keyboard after reconnecting. Maybe you'll get lucky.
Bought one from the $35 deal. My first Mechanical keyboard and like it a lot. Enjoying the RGB lighting and not having to turn my ceiling light on to type anymore.

can attest to this. i have same issue and in process of returning it.
Took a gamble and just got mine. It doesnt click as much as I would like but I also don't recall what I have on my last keyboard. This one does feel very nice though. I tested and do not have the reboot/restart bug in which i have to unplug the keyboard. Though i also have not installed any software yet, so I'll try and report back after that has been done. At this moment though, its a win for me. It feels nice and no bugs so far.
