I use straight fluoro on almost all my baitcasters except for those I do topwater on. It casts very well and saves me so much time tying leader knots. For all spinning I do braid with fluoro leader.
If you're going with a braid-to-leader setup, I'd highly recommend going with leader material that's designed to be leader material. This line will certainly work in a pinch, but isn't ideal, given what's on the market.
