First, a potential deal-breaker if the laptop screen will be your primary screen: 45% NTSC screen. Everything else looks great.

This fits my use case of wanting an all-day battery <3lb machine I can do data science work and low-setting gaming (the 680m is the best integrated GPU there is) on the road, while still being able to plug it into an eGPU and gaming monitor when back home. That said, if you do photo or video work on your laptop, you will want a better screen.

This ebay seller is selling a 72% NTSC screen upgrade for about 140-150 shipped
The differences b/w P16s and T14s are:
1. 1TB vs 2TB Pro SSD
2. 52Whr (can be upgraded to 86Whr later) vs 57Whr

16" and numpad are way more practical. Though 14s is definitely a bit lighter. Both are way lighter than the full size P16.
I will be running some flavor of Ubuntu in a dual boot setup if I purchase this.
thanks,
