Great deal on the River Pro + battery or River Pro by itself. Best price per Wh I've seen on it. Not as good as a deal on the Delta and the solar panels always seem over priced to me.

Well said. I just want something for my house that is quiet and we can do minimum things with if the power goes out.
If I took it to a job site to work my tools then I would be more like for LiFePO4 models.

LifePo4 batteries are also much safer than Li-Ion batteries, which tend over-heat and catch on fire or explode if damaged. Search it on YouTube.

Storing Li-ion at 100% only shortens it's charge life, to about 500 cycles, otherwise you can get longer cycles by storing at around 50%, but like previous poster said, 500 cycles for emergency use is still many years.
Reading a large chunk of the reviews on Costco's product page tells me that I should be prepared to do a warehouse return due to issues with connectivity (extra battery).
