I'm happy to print my own manual if the price is right. Bought a refurb Hisense 55" 4K several years ago and it arrived as new in non-original packaging. It has been a great TV. Picture quality is top notch, no dead pixels, no scuffs, scratches, or dings. Refurbs can be a roll of the dice, but I've bought a lot of them over the years and have been overall very happy with them. Thanks for commenting.

Agreed, as you said refurbs are a roll of dice 🎲 you save a ton of money, but it's risky too. It's a risk if you buy new ones too, that's why People go to Costco. At the EOD, it's your personal opinion.

Maybe i've just been lucky all these years. When it comes to tech and electronics, I've had more problems with things I've bought new than I have with refurbed. One refurb device type that I steer clear of is smartphones; they seem to always have substantial flaws and problems.

P.S. I live in a small town out West, and the nearest Costco or Best Buy are 150+ miles away. There's a Sam's Club about 80 miles away. As a result, most of what I buy arrives via UPS, USPS, or Fedex.

I bought a Ryobi ONE+ turbo blower and weed trimmer combo from them, with 4AH battery and charger, for $49.99 shipped on a deal a few months ago. It arrived in the original box as new, but was missing the guard/line cutter on the trimmer. I called them and they promptly issued a $15 credit for the missing piece. I ended up buying it on Ebay for $16 shipped. I've been using the trimmer a lot and it works really well; I've always had gas trimmers in the past and electric is a lot quieter and more convenient.

Their prices vary a lot, but sometimes they have some really good deals. A day or 2 ago they had a Ryobi ONE+ 18V 1/2" drill driver kit with battery and charger for $24.99 shipped, which is a steal. I actually have that Ryobi and it's a darn good tool. My guess is that they buy overstock and open box items from retailers in bulk, and resell them at a discount.

I'm currently testing out the replacement 65" x90j they sent me. So far so good, hopefully nothing pops up in outside of return window. A good deal of savings over new if everything works out fine.
