Amazon is selling the Philips Sonicare Power Flosser & Toothbrush System 7000 for 157.99 which is a 37% discount from $215

Looks to be the lowest ever for this fairly new product

At a 37% discount it's pretty much the lowest I've seen from Philips for similar items (A 40% discount is the lowest I've found but I only checked a few products)

I was in the market and it fits my needs since it'll only take up one outlet in the bathroom.

I hate flossing my teeth and would love to find something better. How well does this work for flossing?

I already have the tooth brush and it is fantastic.

Water flossing is fantastic you have many advantages such as not having to buy the more expensive floss, also you can add some or your favorite rinse to the water solution for a nice refreshing feel. Honestly all flossers do the same job one of the differences being water pressure, i'd suggest sticking with ADA recognised brands such as waterpik, sonicare, panasonic. The cheap unknown brands have been known to mold and honesty putting something in your mouth made from questionable materials not worth the savings. Good Luck.

Waterpik doesn't replace flossing but is a very good addition. They cost under $30.

There is no need for a combined waterpik and electric toothbrush however.

Then what would be incentive for anyone to post a deal? Just well wishing?

Correct! I get it. But, I am trying to understand why I would list a deal if I find one. Just voluntarily to help out out of goodness?

Cause I thought it was a good deal and wanted others to benefit at no cost to myself. Also give back for all the other deals I've found on this site.

You've been on since 2018 and commented over 800 times. Do you not wish well towards your community?

Gosh! I didn't mean to sound lashing out at you. So, there is no monetary benefit or incentive for the post. And no, SD has got me so many deals that I have turned into a hoarder. I am very grateful for that and thus, visit SD multiple times everyday. And not just to check deals but ALSO HELP others with questions or issues they might be facing in getting the deal. So, no, I am also contributing. I only wish that SD starts some rewards for our hard work that s literally helping the site run.

Oh I didn't think you were lashing out; I thought you were asking and tongue in cheek question so I was responding in a tongue in cheek way.

I think giving rewards is tricky and might make this site unusable (I feel that's what happened with Quora). That said I do wish they take off the generic affiliate link wrapping they do, or that companies would stop supporting it cause it feels like a privacy giveaway especially when I just want to check out the product and not buy it.

You make a good point. Especially because when I post a good deal for no reward for myself, only to be flamed by some malcontent who trashes the item or accuses me of being a "paid shill" for the manufacturer.

As result of the negativity, I rarely post a good deal anymore. There are a lot of people here who love to be critical.

Much quieter than waterpik also dual voltage if you travel abroad. Other than those benefits, I don't think the price reflects the benefits over waterpik.
