Perhaps you even have a different LCD Display? I can see on the back of mine it says it is Model AK47.
I have tried searching for hacks on Model AK47 but haven't come up with anything, but see this is in fact the display as quantities can be bought from Alibaba etc, showing this display.
I did notice I can get to some type of undocumented menu on mine with PO levels and settings by holding down the up and down at the same time while the display is on.
Edit:
Ah, I figured out how to remove the limit!!
These PO settings look to be standard.
So get to the PO settings by holding the Up/Down at the same time after the LCD is on.
Click on the power button to go through the PO's.
PO8 is the limit! This is in kmh, this was set to 32, bump this up with the up arrow to 41. That is the max I could change it to. This works out to 25.5 mph.
After this change I can get to 25mph going down a hill.
On a straight road I can cruise at about 22 with full throttle. Pedaling fast like crazy I can get it up 24.
So this is a bit of an increase. Perhaps with a bigger front sprocket I could peddle a bit normally and get to 25.
Perhaps it is a limit of the 350W motor or the battery to get me with throttle to 23 or so, but I don't think the controller itself will let me go above 41kph with motor assist.
Possibly changing wheel size, PO6, would allow assist at faster speed?
FYI, I see some people have commented about their having 5 instead of 3 levels. This can be set in the PO5 setting.
Here are the PO settings for an entirely different controller, but they look pretty close from what I see. https://elecbikeparts.c
There could be some other cool settings to see what they are and work with them.
for example: P12 PAS Start Strength
0-5, Higher = more assistance
Amount of assistance given when you start pedaling.
I am thinking this must be low. It seems to give very little help right away. Perhaps a safety feature set at factory? But I want help right away!
Or PO9 might affect how quickly it helps?
P09 Throttle Response
0 for instant throttle, 1 for delayed throttle
Sets whether pressing throttle and motor beginning to spin is instant, or whether there is a delay between the actions.
Edit: P09 was already set at 0 and can't be changed
P12 was set at 3 and can't go higher, but it can go lower.
FYI, read on this site https://power-bicycle.com/ebike-power/ that hub motors are pretty much limited to 25.
"Once the ebike is travelling at 25 MPH, the controller-wheel speed is maxed out. You can't go far over 25 MPH on most hub motors unless the motor & controller pair are designed for higher speeds."
This guy also talks about a smoothing circuit the mfgs implement for greater distance. Something about a loop back wire that can be removed to increase initial assistance but at
a sacrifice in distance.
Not a lot of reviews. I got a warning going to this site (possibly fraudulent?).
Why don't they sell any ebikes on their non-corporate site?
Is anyone else concerned this is a knockoff? Joyridebikes.com is the original site (since 2001) selling Hurley and joyridebike.com (since 2015) is painted with 'weird' all over it.

just received the teton bike a few minutes ago, confirmed these are avalanche bikes. I havent unboxed it but exterior box says avalanche and has all the specs.
Capacity: 15ah 720wh
Brand: Ningbo Veken New Energy
Model: HS-48v15Ah-Ebike-A
And yes! It comes standard limited to 20 mph, but by holding the up arrow button for three seconds then holding the power button for another three seconds it removes the limiter, and I have been able to get a constant top speed of 28 mph.

set up is fairly simple only hiccup was front wheel, I had to adjust the brakes
here you go hopefully it uploaded,

Bike is branded as an avalanche bike as expected from pictures. It might be hit miss on the hurley name pending which model you order. It was packaged really well and shipped via fedex. Setup is straight forward and simple, only issue I have is the adjusting the front brakes. I still need to play with it some , little rubbing with front wheel and it isnt spinning freely.
Read the instruction card that is shipped with the bike on how to use the electric assist. !! First time using the an electric bike and its a nice feature. Electric assist works great but I havent really tested it out for a decent ride. In short ride a few house up and back it was nice touch, set the assist and go.

quick mile around the block, seat isnt the most comfortable. Bike will easily do 20mph, may try to unlock it for faster speed if possible. The electric assist is pretty cool 1-3 levels, overall its a solid bike for the price. Wife tried to ride it and its a tad too large for her

I have ordered two of the Big Sur, (different locations summer and winter house), but deciding to get another. If you are talking about the Swift/Carve. I am wondering what they offer over the Big Sur. Seem to have the same power but $100 higher cost for the Carve. I like the lower height of the Sur, since I am 5' 9" and spouse shorter as well.
I don't see any of the bikes have braise on rack attachments. One of my uses is to attach a burley tag-a-long type bike for grandkids, which requires a moose rack. It is getting tougher pulling them along, particularly up the hills, where an electric bike would be nice.
