I hope some might benefit by having this number since their email communication has failed for me. I emailed them over the weekend and heard nothing back Monday. Monday night, I got a "preparing to ship" update, but it has not been given to the carrier yet. Hope I can get it canceled instead of having to ship it back at my expense or have to keep it to avoid losing money.

Perhaps you even have a different LCD Display? I can see on the back of mine it says it is Model AK47.
I have tried searching for hacks on Model AK47 but haven't come up with anything, but see this is in fact the display as quantities can be bought from Alibaba etc, showing this display.
I did notice I can get to some type of undocumented menu on mine with PO levels and settings by holding down the up and down at the same time while the display is on.

Ah, I figured out how to remove the limit!!
These PO settings look to be standard.
So get to the PO settings by holding the Up/Down at the same time after the LCD is on.
Click on the power button to go through the PO's.
PO8 is the limit! This is in kmh, this was set to 32, bump this up with the up arrow to 41. That is the max I could change it to. This works out to 25.5 mph.
After this change I can get to 25mph going down a hill.
On a straight road I can cruise at about 22 with full throttle. Pedaling fast like crazy I can get it up 24.
So this is a bit of an increase. Perhaps with a bigger front sprocket I could peddle a bit normally and get to 25.
Perhaps it is a limit of the 350W motor or the battery to get me with throttle to 23 or so, but I don't think the controller itself will let me go above 41kph with motor assist.
Possibly changing wheel size, PO6, would allow assist at faster speed?
FYI, I see some people have commented about their having 5 instead of 3 levels. This can be set in the PO5 setting.

There could be some other cool settings to see what they are and work with them.
for example: P12 PAS Start Strength
0-5, Higher = more assistance
Amount of assistance given when you start pedaling.
I am thinking this must be low. It seems to give very little help right away. Perhaps a safety feature set at factory? But I want help right away!
Or PO9 might affect how quickly it helps?
P09 Throttle Response
0 for instant throttle, 1 for delayed throttle
Sets whether pressing throttle and motor beginning to spin is instant, or whether there is a delay between the actions.
Edit: P09 was already set at 0 and can't be changed
P12 was set at 3 and can't go higher, but it can go lower.
FYI, read on this site https://power-bicycle.com/ebike-power/ that hub motors are pretty much limited to 25.
"Once the ebike is travelling at 25 MPH, the controller-wheel speed is maxed out. You can't go far over 25 MPH on most hub motors unless the motor & controller pair are designed for higher speeds."
This guy also talks about a smoothing circuit the mfgs implement for greater distance. Something about a loop back wire that can be removed to increase initial assistance but at
a sacrifice in distance.
Not a lot of reviews. I got a warning going to this site (possibly fraudulent?).
Why don't they sell any ebikes on their non-corporate site?
Is anyone else concerned this is a knockoff? Joyridebikes.com is the original site (since 2001) selling Hurley and joyridebike.com (since 2015) is painted with 'weird' all over it.

Size: not too small at all. It works for both myself and my wife (5'9").
Battery: it's the lowest watt-hour battery that Hurley offers (187.5Wh with 36v and 5.2Ah). After 9 miles of riding today, the battery lost 1 (out of 5) bars. I think it will get to the stated 20 miles of range just fine. That being said; I peddled a lot and didn't use the throttle all that much. Being in Florida without any hills definitely helps too.
Power: It has a 250w motor. More than enough for us. It got to 20 mph easily and didn't feel like it had trouble getting there.
Build quality: I'm impressed with it, especially considering the price. I've ridden bikes all my life and it's sturdy and decent. Obviously there are no high-end components but it works.
Comfort: I picked this model because of the upright riding position, think Dutch-style city bike. The saddle is decently comfortable too.
Add-ons: I put a Wald front wire basket on it, a bell with airtag holder (in case it gets stolen), a frame lock with chain, and a mirror. Will put a bike seat for the kids on there as well.
I just noticed the price dropped (paid $396 after coupon last week... now it's down to $330) so we decided to get one for my wife too. We're both very impressed with the bike. It's our first e-bike though so we're by no means experts, but still.

I took it out this morning for a short 7 mile ride and when I got home the battery was still showing all bars. The body was nice and stiff and didn't feel cheap at all. I am glad I went with the Teton because the shocks really helped with some of the potholes/bumps in the road where I am. The motor was not super loud but still noticeable. I mainly kept it at level 1 so that I could get a little workout. The speed at 1 was around 14mph. Bumping to level 2 or even 3 makes you hit the top speed really quickly. Once you are at about 18 or above, the pedaling doesn't really do anything. I wish the gearing would have been a little higher so you could pedal at full speed and help the motor some but you cant. The path I went on had a lot of hills so I did get to test that. I would bump it to 2 or 3 for some of the larger hills and that was great. I did help the motor with pedaling the entire time so I am not sure if it could carry me up on EV power alone but that said, pedaling was much easier than on a normal bike. Overall for the money, this was a fantastic buy. The real test will to see how long it lasts. I hope I can at least get a few years out of it if not many more.

I would prefer a step through myself. But I wouldn't want that small size battery. We are taking some 15 mile RT trips to the tennis courts and this would be concerned about not making it with quite a few hills.

EDIT: Can the big sur take mild trails or its strictly a road bike? I have not heard anyone here buying the Silver Ridge, is it not good enough?
