Aldi stores have been marking their summer items down periodically for a few weeks now, today they marked down items another 50% or more.

This is in NE Ohio but I overheard a manager say that all stores should have these items for this price since they're all corporate items.

Weird. Mine rang up $229. Told the cashier that I should be $59 and the overrode the price and manager approved w/o looking at it. Was this supposed to happen?
