To be honest, unless you are planning to go with the full ego system, very rarely does a tool only make sense because there are never deals on batteries and chargers.

This looks like an excellent deal. Lowest price from an authorized seller that I can recall seeing.

Although, the prices have seemed to be dropping recently. I wonder if a new all-time low price will be set in the next month or two, especially after the lawn care season starts to wind down.

been in the market for a leaf blower for a long time, this one looks like a winner

What are good options to get battery and charger? went ahead and ordered the blower but won't really do any good without the battery or charger....

You can get great non-OEM batteries on Amazon, the five amp hour one for $139 is perfect for that blower

Have had this beast for a couple years now and I do like it, but I must say the 2.5ah battery sure doesn't last long. The 5.0ah is much heavier but IMO a requirement for this blower. Unless you have multiple 2.5ah batteries to use per session.
