Amazon has the Champion 200914 4250-Watt Open Frame Inverter Generator Dual Fuel Generator down to $568.00 currently. I've had this in my shopping list for some time and the price seems to hover in the $700 - $800 range, and sometimes even higher. CCC shows this is the lowest price it's been.

Note that this is a dual fuel version (since it may get lost in the long headline)
Also, Walmart appears to have this on sale as well (or maybe a variant of it) priced at $582.59:

Maybe someone with more experience can chime in, but that was my observation.

Sheesh that's a lot of propane
Yes that is what 21 hours of run time is based off of (20lb tank). I have the dual fuel 2500 watt one and have had no issues using the 20lb tank even when it gets low. However as the other poster mentioned I have heard that it's recommended to use a 30lb or larger tank and that's probably more important with something that's demanding more at once and the outside temp as well. I think it has something to do with the the gas changing forms more rapidly and the 20lb'ers can basically freeze up on you and cut off the flow, but the 30lbs, 40 lbs and larger can handle the exchange better.

Previous FP deal last year
No. It only runs on propane. It would need natural gas jetting to operate on NG.
What's involved in this?
