Public Lands has the 36inch Blackstone Culinary Pro Grill for $699.98
Original price usually hangs around $1099.
I believe Blackstone itself is having a deal for $899.
Shipping is $200 for me but I was able to use the chat feature on Dicks sporting goods and was able to price match and store pick up at my local Dick's.

I haven't been able the pro series from Walmart in stock for 4 months now, which is why I pulled the trigger here
Fair point. I got the 28 pro series and it was the last one in a 50 mile radius. I do like the pull out magnetic tool holder on that one.
I will say this model's lid is a bit annoying that it doesn't fold to 90 degrees and requires a bit more room between the wall and the flat top.
