Yes. Order the item(s) you want and also pre-order a video game. Once the other items have shipped, you can cancel the video game pre-order to get your money back. Either that or you can order something else you don't need to get you over the $35 threshold and then return the unwanted item(s). However, the second option necessitates taking a trip to Walmart and standing in the customer service line, so the first option is easier.
