I can say their RAM is good. I upgraded a Synology NAS with a 4GB Timetec RAM stick ($28 versus $89 for Synology's RAM!) and it has worked fine for nearly 2 years.
Is this another DRAMless SSD? I've read that many of those types of SSDs have good write/read speed in the beginning, but then the speeds nosedive if you are trying to transfer large files or if the SSD space starts filling up. (eg. if you try to transfer a 50 GB file or the SSD is filled at 50% capacity, the speeds might nosedive from 500 Mb/s to 70 Mb/s...which is as slow as or slower than many spinning hard drives.

2TB is QLC
both "SLC Caching".
so not DRAM Caching.
aka DRAMless SSD.
best 1TB SLC Caching i have seen was $45
best 2TB SLC Caching i have seen was $80
best 1TB DRAM Caching i have seen was $50
best 2TB DRAM Caching i have seen was $120
2TB QLC DRAMless SSD for $109.99 would be a price adjustment to current market average.
i would not classify this deal as very slick.
but if you want it now, then you are not getting ripped off.
this deal is just ok.
