Bought this on Woot for same price few weeks ago. It's awesome and sturdy, not for children use though, far too large for little ones.

average price on CCC is $13.63... Thought about getting one if it was higher quality, but most of these are made to last roughly one summer. Not a terrible deal but not great

So the slang term refers to someone rare like in the context of swing community and yet these are mass produced.. Maybe a woman can get away with using it but I can just imagine a Quagmire kind of dude at the pool where a kid has the same thing....
