no, it will be like the cheap stainless grills people buy. . You can check the listing it says grade 430. You'd want 304 or 316 and these days that is really expensive. that said you can do do coatings, etc to increase longevity but it will still be a maintenance item outdoors due to the grade of stainless.
I have a smaller one from this same company I bought last week. Only the top shelf is SS. I think almost everything else including the bottom shelf is galvanized. Meaning those parts will rust.

I know it says its SS, but can I keep this out on my deck and expect it not to rust?
I have a commercial stainless steel sink that sits outside 24/7 that I use to clean game. It never rusted, but sometimes it gets green or other random stains. All of them come out if you use bar keepers friend to clean it once in awhile. The answer to the question does stainless steel rust, no it does not. Does that mean the quality of this stainless steel for this cheap table is good enough that it will never rust? I think if it fits your space exactly given the price I would take the chance.

430 has fairly good corrosion resistance overall. It is prone to corrosion from acids and salts....both typically used in the cooking of food. This would explain how the cheap stainless grates and grills don't hold up well. At a minimum the meat has been well seasoned with salt and spices. It might be marinated in something acidic, too.
If you keep it clean to minimize contact with acids and salts it should last a very long time.
Hold out for a larger table. This one is only big enough for children, midgets, and animals. Undoubtedly you'll want to get into processing fully grown humans one day.

The reason cheap stainless grills rust is they are exposed to high heat. I have a table very similar to this that I have my Ooni pizza oven on, and its never rusted.

there are different versions of stainless steel... but all steel (even stainless) will eventually develop rust ...
experience... ndustrial manufacturing / even the highest grade stainless we had if it sits on a shelf (with only passive moisture like humidity) even that will get it to develop some rust given enough time... but generally speaking u can just buff it out real quick
think stainless steel as more or less super rust resistant
The aquarium is a static load, so it may work. The bottom shelf should keep it from racking but I would still fasten the table to a wall to keep it steady. I would worry about the small adjusters the picture shows on the bottom of the legs.
